Training plans Within the own System and as an identified requirement in the policy of LABORATORIOS ASOCIADOS NUPEL, S.L., the training of the staff working here is considered strategic both for its effective establishment and for ensuring its continuous improvement, promoting this way a highest participation of all the staff in what has to do with the continuity of the System. Every worker has an record where the especific training he/she has received is indicated, as well as the job he is qualified and trained for.
At the beginning, NUPEL develops an Initial Training for the new contracting staff, in the charge of the responsible Department , referring to the specific requirements that ensure a good quality of the product/service, as well as of the environmental aspects that have to do with its activity in order to become conscious of: - The importance of the compliance of the Quality and Environmental Policy and the consecution of the objectives and aims stablished.
- The significant, real and potential environmental impacts, derived from the activities, products and services.
- Its functions and respoonsabilities in the Integrated Management System
- The benefits derived from the compliance of the Integrated Management System.
- The consequences of the non-compliance of the Integrated Management System dispositions.
Furthermore, an Annual Training Plan, is elaborated every year depending on the requirements of the staff: expansion of technical knowledge, application of new technologies, expansion of knowledge about requirements and environmental problems, etc. The courses and seminars are given by public or private proffesions and, once developped, the assistants fill a questionnaire in order to measure the efficiency of the training they have been given, remaining registered in the corresponding Worker sheet.
